How Directory Listings Are Created
- Listings may be created from provider submissions, public clinic information, or directory research.
- Provider-managed listings are labeled separately from unclaimed directory listings.
- We avoid unsupported claims about quality, outcomes, wait times, or services unless they are supported by listing data or provider-supplied information.
Corrections And Updates
Visitors and providers can request corrections through the contact page. We review correction requests and may ask for supporting details before making changes.
Advertising And Sponsored Placement
Sponsored or featured placements should be labeled where they appear. Paid placement does not change a clinic rating and should not be treated as medical endorsement.
